Tamworth FC is the most newly formed club in Tamworth District Football, this formation took place in 2008.
In its debut season Tamworth FC had a very successful year with it two junior teams and one senior team winning the Major Premierships in their respective divisions.
The second season for Tamworth FC saw a rapid increase in player numbers, this led to 10 junior teams and 4 senior teams for FC. This season also saw Tamworth FC enter into the New England Mutual Premier League in both First and Reserve Grade.
Tamworth FC have a strong club ethos set around four key points - providing quality coaching to their junior teams, building a pro-active club for all people involved, offering a good club atmosphere and being an endorser of Small Sided Games.
